(1) The land provided to a free earner in any of the following cases shall be deducted from the name of such free earner and retained in the name of the Government of Nepal:-

(a) If it comes to know after such land has been made available that someone has submitted a false statement and acquired land on the basis of an identity card of free earner or such identity card,

(b) Free If he or his family does not reside in the land provided to the worker or if he does not enjoy tenure for three consecutive years or more,

(c) vacated before the commencement of this rule. In case of not being able to make him settle on the land provided to the Kamaiya,

(2) In the case of clause (c) of sub-section (1), land will be arranged for the freed Kamaiya elsewhere.
